To use it, clients take an online assessment that will give your Top 5 Strengths along with several individualized reports about how to use these results. This is a great tool for helping you understand yourself and your leadership style better. Gallup's research shows that people who focus on their strengths are proven to be 6x as likely to be successful in their roles and 3x as likely to say they have a high quality of life.
