Coaching is a goal-oriented partnership of equals, centered on the client. Coaches are proven to increase performance and outcomes in the workplace, as well as overall job satisfaction and well-being.
While I take a "whole person" approach to my clients, I'm different from a therapist who examines the past. We'll use information from your past to address how it's affecting you now and impacting your ability to achieve your goals moving forward.
Coaching is also different from consulting. Consultants are brought in to solve problems. While I have a wide range of business and life experiences, I will not be providing you with answers. Rather, I'll help you see what's invisible to you, help you align with your values, and help you change in order to achieve your goals.
A Coaching Engagement
All coaching engagements start with a free 30-min virtual chemistry call. Before we can begin coaching together, we must ensure that it's a good fit for both of us. During a chemistry call, I'll ask you about yourself, what brings you to coaching, tell you a bit about myself and review what you can expect in a coaching engagement. You can schedule a chemistry call here. If we're not a match, I'm more than happy to connect you with others in my wide network of fellow coaches.
A typical coaching engagement lasts from 3-6 months with two 50-60 min virtual sessions per month. Our first session will be a longer discovery session that includes a thorough history and initial goal setting. We'll work together to define success. After a few sessions, we'll do a check-in to ensure we're on the right path. You may also choose to extend the engagement. During our last session, we'll reflect on the process and how well you met your goals.
These parameters are typical, but flexible in case you need something different. You can purchase sessions individually, or as a package. Any package sessions that are unused will be refunded at the prorated price. Connect with me for pricing.

My style of coaching is warm, understanding, inquisitive, non-judgmental, and encouraging. I ask thoughtful questions, listen deeply, offer observations, and nudge when needed. You're in charge of the content of our discussions and I provide the process and accountability.
Coaching is about growing and developing people. I approach you as a resourceful individual, and with curiosity and unconditional positive regard. My job is to provide you with safety and structure so that you do the necessary work of reflecting on your life, what you want for your future, and what kind of leader you want to be. Then we create a plan for you to achieve your goals.
I have a wide variety of tools and exercises, including CliftonStrengths, that I may offer you if the discussion calls for it.
