After a 15 year career in government services and defense where I wore many different hats, including human resources, marketing, operations, and security, I decided it was time for a change. My husband and I quit our jobs to travel the world for a year (29 countries!) and upon return I knew I needed a fresh start, and began looking for something more in line with my values and goals.  

Since then, I've been building my dream career in Leadership and Career Coaching. I’ve found my calling of helping people grow and develop.  With over 750 hours of coaching, I am confident I can help you as well. 

I completed my coach training at the Hudson Insitute in Santa Barbara, CA. I have an MBA from the Rady School of Management at the University of California - San Diego (UCSD) and a Masters from San Diego State University (SDSU). I've been Strengths-certified using the CliftonStrengths tool from Gallup, and I'm a lifelong learner with a growth mindset, so I don't plan to stop learning anytime soon.
